You know the pain of witnessing the degeneration of a beloved eatery?Some 6, 7 years ago when their beef soup sliders (牛肉餅) were literally gushing with flavour, flowing and soaking the bread wrap while the filling erupted with the aroma of fresh beef. You would greedily try to gulp everything down, even if the copious amounts of broth is boiling hot.Now it's just frozen beef, its flavours dropped dead. Two chances I've given, and I'm out of them. I'm not even going to talk about their miniature plate lunches. Or anything on their overpriced menu.I'm no Muslim, but ʾastaḡfirullāh.

The mutton curry, spring onion pancake and soup is good! Must try.

No matter when you arrive this restaurant, it always full of people inside, definitely need to order beef patties!If you are hungry, have some noodle is the best choice!

traditional Shanghai cuisine services halal restaurant. So you find beef, chicken and fishes. One of chef recommended dish is the pan-fried beef dumping. Price range 50 to 150 per head

The last time we visited this restro is almost five years ago. We found the standards are not as good, and price are not so down to earth.But the breef cake is still juicy and delicious.

One of the only few restaurants serving halal food. My favorites are mutton curry and minced beef bun.

Spectacular rich and flavourful food!! The meat burgers r crunchy juicy and rich. The curries are just so good. The dumplings are yum and the pricing is exceptional. If you don't like the food here you have problems! And the toilets are clean which for HK says something about the establishment. Was funny that the waiter brought us Gweilos plates and a fork even though we insisted on using chopsticks (we all had a good laugh)!

This is a very popular place in Kowloon city for over 40 years. As there are a lot of muslims in China, they serve chinese foods that are prepared according to Islam disciplines. No pork is served, all the meat or poultry are from special suppliers.Besides their famous curry dishes and pan fried beef buns, actually their Shanghai style menu is tastety, highly recommend their noodle dipped with sesame paste, sour and chili soup, beef brisket soup. All prices are relatively cheap.

Still good food, but the signature beef bun seems changed recipe and less tasteful.

It is a little out of the way of the train/tube. So does require a little walking if a tourist. However once you are there the food is really nice. They don't speak amazing English however you can point the menu and they try to help as much as possible. We were lucky in that another customer translated for us. Also they tend to put prawns with chicken items so if you don't like prawns stick to the beef.

Delicious halal food. Wantan soup and veal goulash are a must if you visit this place! Highly recommended

Beef cake is the must order item. the chicken noodles I have was too salty and hard. the jelly pudding was free dessert. good idea to mix different jelly and make a pudding.

Great food. But please be prepared thtbto shared table and sitting in small stool.Also, no alcohol drink!

Must try when in HK 😋

Provide Halal food. It was very good before but it appears the quality have dropped a lot and it is not as tasty as before. A bit too savory and oily now. Maybe that's why the queue is gone too.

The beef buns were really juicy and flavorful. The dough was a tad sticky but overall definitely delicious.

The beef buns are worth the journey alone. Absolutely spectacular!

The signature dish beef bun is delicious, very juicy. Curry is spicy, full of spices. I had the chicken, which is tender, not like other restaurants which give you frozen tasteless meat on their curry.

Beef pan fried buns are must order. If you ask me, I would eat 2 of them. For beef lovers, their beef vermicelli noodle soup has many pieces of beef brisket, which is also good to have during cold weather.

I just eat lunch food is good not very spicy any people can eat

The beef bun is the must-try dish. Be careful of the hot bursting meat juices. Beef curry is also recommended.

special and reasonable price

Set menu for 2 between 2 was wholesome and filling, with a nice amount of spice. It's basic, but very affordable and popular, which is always a good sign. Try the beef brisket curry.

Authentic Chinese Xinjiang halal food.Been here a couple of times, the staff always try their best to help you!Reasonable prices and good quality. The fried Beef bun is probably their signature dish, its juicy and very good. Too many things that I wanted to try but my favorites so far in addition to the beef buns are the beef dumplings, mutton & onion stir fry, hot sour soup, cold chicken noodles.Highly recommended!

Beef bun is good. Other dishes are just ok. Very poor service. One of the waitress was very bad. The sesame chicken was over cooked. Curry lamb is good.

Best restaurant for Halal food, very authentic tastes and the best thing is that it always the same. Either is curries, stir fry food or cold cuts ... All is variety is super yum yum... ask on the top it’s Very affordable and instant service... always forget to take pictures, soon

Good food and reasonable price.

Very popular and very crowded at peak hours i.e. at lunch and dinner time so you have to be prepared to wait if you want to dine here at the busy hours.Food here is good but seating is not very comfortable and service can be improved.This place is suitable for a quick meal only.They also has a branch that is nearby. The branch is bigger and have more tables.Although the shop would tell you that the food is the same at the branch, people still prefer to eat at the crowded place.

Bad services quality, the waiter just want you to eat and leave asap. Wont go again.

the beef buns skin is thin and sure very juicy like soup embedded inside. So far the best beef buns in town.

Beef is not my favourite but had to try this due to it being halal. The beef cakes were amazing I wish that I ordered more of these and less of everything else. It is the stand out dish of this place. The beef with noodles wasn't anything special but the beef curry was very good just a bit of the usual halal food you can find anywhere though.

Islam good has the most delicious beef dumplings in Hong Kong. Small place and always a bit waiting time to get a place - worth the wait!

The beef buns are classic and taste real gooood

The much photographed cold noodles with chicken and sesame has sauce that's way too thick. Get dumplings instead, and the pancake with beef is a must

Nice food and expect crowds

I like to beef bun a lot juicy and freshly made to order. One of the favourites snacks to eat at KLN CITY. It was established long ago where the old airport used to be. Don’t drive as it’s very hard to find any public parking available on the very busy district. Best take buses and get off at Prince Edward Road East, walk up within 5 mins.

The beef bun is very juicy and delicious, curry beef is very very good taste, highly recommended it. Definitely visit again.
